BuildResilience aims to help as many people and organisations as possible to reach their full potential. One of the biggest factors in “falling short” is a lack of resilience – the ability to persevere, take the knocks and bounce back.
In the 1990s, psychologist Martin Seligman and his team at the University of Pennsylvania illustrated that, even those as young as school-aged children who were taught resilience skills, were at less risk of developing anxiety and depression.
Our organisation works with individuals – young, old and in-between – and a variety of organisations to help build capacity. We deliver bespoke programmes.
